Where Are You Right Now?
Maybe you feel a bit in a rut? You have plans but never seem to act? You feel overwhelmed and you feel low and get emotional easily? Are you not sleeping and feel tired and lack energy?
Do you have bad habits you just can’t break? Do you compare or compete with family and friends? Do you feel guilty for not being able to cope?
Are you always ‘too busy’ to do things for yourself? Are you always in a rush and the last one to arrive? Are you working and playing too hard?
Do you know who you really are?
We can suddenly feel lost or completely out of sorts when we lose something or someone who has had a large impact in our lives. This could be the death of a loved one, or a peer with a similar age? Maybe you have retired or changed your job role. This can really impact our subconscious brain and send it into a whirlwind of emotions. Who are you without that role of
- Mother
- Father
- Husband
- Wife
- Daughter
- Son
- Aunty
- Uncle
- Doctor
- CEO
- Head of ………
- Business owner of…….
- And I could go on. The list is endless
Not knowing who YOU really are can lead to depression and a sense of unworthiness. It can also lead to making unhealthy life choices in order to numb the feelings of anxiety and lack of control.
All you need is a paper and pen, and sometimes a box of tissues.
You don’t have to show your face, you don’t have to speak if you don’t want. If all you want is to listen and learn from others or just feel you aren’t the only one, that is okay.

What People Have Said After a Workshop
I felt able to focus on me and had the space to work things out one at a time rather than feel previous overwhelm with all the changes I felt I had to make to get results.
I was able to recognise my fears and see the steps that I had to take to remove what I had been allowing to hold me back. Practical and logical – I see it now.
I thought you’d like to know the work we did in our session and chats have really helped. I know that my mum is with me since she passed, and I know she is safe and free. Thank you for your kindness and support
The best thing I got is believing that I am worth it and it was great to know I was not the only one who struggles with this belief. I feel confident that I can move forwards with a totally different perspective.
